For the first time this season the Cavaliers earned the top spot in Bloguin's BlogPoll Power Rankings. The latest rankings also marked the first time this season I voted the Cavaliers to the one spot in favor of the NBA's defending champs.
For my vote, I did have the Lakers two after the Cavaliers, followed by the Boston Celtics at three.

And needless to say, LeBron and Shaq are thrilled about the news. All tolled, the top five shook out like this:
1. Cavaliers
2. Lakers
3. Denver
4. Boston
5. Dallas
